Mr. Pagan brings over 20 years of comprehensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a primary focus on East and South Texas. His background spans land management, mineral and royalty administration, drilling, and production operations.

He has led the acquisition and redevelopment of producing oil and gas fields in Karnes County and surrounding areas, including well sites that were shut in during the early 2020 COVID-19 downturn. Through the implementation of new operational and development strategies, Mr. Pagan is revitalizing legacy assets across the Eagle Ford, Edwards, and Wilcox formations, while also evaluating additional zones for future development.
